This brand didn't begin with a business plan. It began with a question.
Who am I when nobody's watching — and does that version of me scare me or inspire me? That question cracked something open. And The Root Collective Co. is what grew from that crack. It's a brand built for the woman who is tired of performing and ready to become. For the woman who suspects that the life she wants is buried somewhere beneath the life she's been living. For the woman who is ready to do the work — the honest, quiet, unglamorous work of knowing herself.

Not the easy ones. The ones that sit with you at 2am. The ones that make you realize you've been living someone else's script for a very long time. That was the beginning. Not a launch date — a moment of radical honesty.

Founder · The Root Collective Co.
ChaBria is a woman who got tired of waiting to feel ready. For years she moved through life checking the boxes, performing the version of herself the world expected — and quietly feeling like none of it was actually hers. The turning point wasn't a breakdown. It was a question: Who am I when nobody's watching?
That question cracked something open. She started studying herself the way she'd studied everything else — with books, journals, frameworks, and radical honesty. She built a personal curriculum before she ever called it Discovery University. And when the tools started working, she knew she couldn't keep them to herself.
